HANDLE

The best material for handle production is hardwood. Most often birch wood is used as it is rather cheap and easy to work with. But it is light and becomes dirty very quickly. Brushproducers have to paint or lacquer handles, but after some time the handles become slippery. There is one more problem each wood swells if humidity is high and dries up if it is low. It results in bad fastening of the handle. It is possible to solve this problems using beech wood, which almost doesn't soak the water in and has very nice dark texture. But the best solution has appeared to be applying of the unique mechanic crimping and special gluing. Now you can feel not slippery lacquers, but well-sanded wood in your arms.

We mark a number, a logotype, a name of the hair, a bar-code and, at customer's will, series and manufacturing country on every handle. It would be impossible to do this nice without using contemporary equipment. And due to this we managed also to get rid of forgery. Our customer can be sure that he holds in his hand a brush of our production.
